If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever mind becomes scattered, we can use our breath as the means to regain control. —THICH NHAT HANH
We're an intentionally small studio focused on working with individuals and small groups. We offer small class sizes, a trauma informed approach, no hands-on assists, and gentle coaching. Our focus is on grounding, breathing, and cultivating an awareness of being present in our bodies.
Kindness is free here. We model imperfection with grace and dignity. We believe everyone has a right to exist, feel joy, and pursue happiness. Sometimes all you can do is just show up, and that's okay.
When our thoughts, actions, and feelings are all in alignment, our lives are simply better. "A house divided against itself cannot stand." (Abraham Lincoln quoting Mark 3:25)
